• Contact information you give us when you request a demo, email us, or apply to a role: name, work email, company.
• Workload telemetry from customers who connect stepscale AI to their AWS or Kubernetes environment, limited to metrics required for scaling analysis (queue depth, task count, processing rates, timestamps).
• Website analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics: anonymized, no cookies, aggregated traffic metrics.

How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and provide the product
• To improve the scaling models powering stepscale AI
• To meet legal and compliance obligations

We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Data Storage and Security

Customer telemetry is stored in encrypted form, with access limited to authorized personnel. We follow industry-standard security practices including least-privilege access, encryption at rest and in transit, and regular security review.

Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except: (a) sub-processors needed to operate the service, under contracts requiring equivalent privacy protections; (b) when legally required.
